Let's just say that for some reason our favorite amnesiac assassin is in Gotham City. He believes that Batman (he doesn't know his secret identity) is responsible for the death of his wife, and he's out for blood. He has access to a bank account with a balance of $150,000. Can he kill Batman?

Batman should be able to beat Jason Bourne but it would be a great fight

Keaton vs Bourne? Good fight, long fight, but Batman'd win. 
 
Kilmer vs Bourne? Bourne would last this out long enough to win. Same goes for Clooney (but double).  
 
BALE vs Bourne? In the Begins suit, he'd own this one. What's Bourne going to do to him? Batman survived falling off a building on fire in that suit! In TDK, Bourne would get in many good hits (especially given his proclivity for impromptu knives, e.g. the pen in the first film), but Batman'd still be the clear winner.

people saying batman wins fail now bourne fights people on his level all the time while batman fights fodder even the mercenaries in tdkr were any arguments and i will oblige them :) i know bourne has better feats fights with bullet wounds outruns police in a crap mini cooper fights sleeper agents on his level the proffesor desh so on so fourth.

Movie Batman gets beat, Bourne is a superior fighter and is good with prep as well. He probably doesn't even need the money....

Bourne is a superior fighter an wont hesitate to kill Batman. Hell he was using a book as a weapon. Batman's suit will only hinder him against someone like Bourne, he's too fast. Not to mention Batman telegraphs his moves, Jason will pick him apart.
