He is blur speed, usually a run but he did it a few times in complex ways with his hands and sword things.
He blitzes back and forth around Liu Kang a bit cutting him up, and I think tanks a fireball iirc.
Everyone has kinda peak human stats, and no real piercing resistance, but insane damage soak, like these guys can take stabs clean through and shake it off pretty much.
He gets beat by a fire dragoon summoned by Liu Kang after being tricked into running into sinking sand or some similar substance but black.
Kabal was a merc that worked with Kano, and its implied Kano killed hm before Kabal was brought to outworld to fight for that side.
