RULES

THE MATCHUPS WILL BE LISTED LATER TODAY (CET), I'LL MAKE THE THREADS. ONCE YOU'LL BE SET WITH YOUR OPPONENT, YOU'LL DECIDE ON YOUR OWN FOR WHO GOES FIRST. IN CASE YOU DIDN'T COME TO AN AGREEMENT, YOU CAN TAG ME IN YOUR MATCHUP THREAD AND I'LL TOSS A COIN TO DECIDE WHO GOES FIRST.

0)the partecipants will have a 4 weeks period to post their openers, everyone is busy one way or another so this amount of time seems fair enough. if you need an extension of a few days you can tag me BEFORE the end of the 4 weeks.

1) be polite. insults will not be tollerated.

2) the 2 opponents will use the same number of characters. Le'ts make an example: opponent A has 7 characters while opponent B has 12 characters, so opponent B will choose 7 characters out of his 12 to match the 7 of opponent A. the limit is 12 characters per team.

3)win-condition: death or incapacitation (with this it means that things like bfr, sealing and all kinds of things that will put out permanently characters from the battlefield will count as means of victory).

4) setting: battle takes place in a abbandoned multiverse.

5) standard CaV rules will apply for the battles: -you gotta vote for who you think DEBATED better and you have to explain your choice, brief opinions or votes without context behind them WILL NOT BE COUNTED. each of the contestants will have 1 Opener + the 3 standard Counters.

6)the characters used musn't surpass a certain tier: characters up to multi-universa/multiversal (so countable amount of universes) are allowed. anything anywhere near multiversal+ will not be allowed

a) Perks (25) (each contestant has 25 points to invest in this section, this will be applied to the whole team )

b) Perks(15) (you'll have 15 extra points to spend here. the set of ability that you chose will be assigned to 1 specific character among the ones you'll use. if you need info on this abilities you can PM me )

@delein: Hey just a few more rule/perk questions. Pretty sure I know what I want but I want to make sure.

1. If a team is BFR'd, can they teleport back to the battlefield if they have the capability?
2. If I wanted to change the prep or battlefield location with a Dragon Ball, is that allowed?
3. Can I use a DragonBall to summon a character (within tourney limits?)

2/3 )the dragon balls you can choose as perk only got this limits:

-the DBs mantain the original limits they've got in the series.

- you cant affect perks of others. for istance if your opponent chose the prep perk, you cant use them to interfere with it. nor can you expand yours if you chose said perk. another thing for istance is the perk for reality warping which has a cap at universal, any reality warping feats above that level will work despite the perk.

1)you can change the battlefield with them, it is a waste imo but it isnt against the rules. the battlefield chosen as standard here wasnt anything specific so feel free to use them to warp it to what you prefer.
