Seeing it tonight but trailer feats alone he’s better physically then Norman who beat the hell out of Spider-Man so I’m expecting Morbius to win but will comment back later.

3. He gets slammed through a street and into a sewer,

So Morbius is much slower.

Electro uses sky lightning from clouds on screen in NWH... We have tons of evidence that hes using lightning....The NWH script confirms Electro uses lightning.... the NWH VXF department say they modeled Electros CG off of IRL lightning, the VFX guys describe it as lightning and a electrical storm, The NWH VFX guys call it lightning again // TASM2 Electro also used lightning on screen and we have VFX statements from TASM2. // Raimi Spider-man is described as having lighting speed in guidebooks on novels. Electro himself can see bullets and electricity in slo motion.

Spider-Man moved body in astral form while 2 humans in the background are statued, Astral form has can perceive lighting in slow motion.

Speed feats for people Spideys fought - Thanos dodges lightning - Strange statues humans - Doc Ock grabs explosive razor bats out of the air while statuing Strange - Goblin dodges webs and blitzes the box out off Strange's hands - Electro can perceive bullets and electricity in slo motion -

This is pretty neat, I’m sure DCEU guys will be super impressed, they always rate Shockwaves super high.. I don’t think a simple shockwave really beats Spideys feats tho.

Punches through a giant shield.

Punches Goblin's arm blade in half.

Busts Goblin through concrete floor with a jumping stomp…. scales to tackle through 6 floors of concrete.

Busts into Goblin's glider with 2 elbows - Notable the glider has took explosions and busted Doc Ocks arm.

Kicks Lizard into wall - Kicks lizard again and it takes lizard a bit to get back up- Notable the second kick seemed to keep lizard down longer than a giant crane falling on lizard.

Kicks and punches apart Stark Drones - another one busted with a kick - kick - kick - punch, and he even just rips the drones apart.

Cracks 4 inches of ballistic glass by landing on it, and breaks through it when provided with more momentum

Very dope feat, I’m not sure it’s much over Tom being slammed through 6 stories of concrete and leaving a crater the bottom, and I think Tom might of gotten up quicker to tank the goblin bomb.

Honeslty, I respect Morbius‘s feats. He’s a great addition to the live action Spiderman villain gallery. He suffers a bit from not having any real scaling (aside from to the other vamp) but he makes up for it with his own feats that are impressive as hell.

He’s still a fair bit below lightning timing speed wise.. doesn’t quite have the strength feats, and skill is a Spidey stomp(one of these dudes bested strange).. Webs will also be a pain, and we don’t know how he would deal with taser webs and the like.

Spidey wins i think, but Morbius did impress me.

@death4bunnies: very inconsistent speed feat. Lizard and Sandman would scale to Spider-man, and lizard in his own movie wasn't even close to being a bullet timer. All evidence points to spidey precog + inaccurate electro + electricity not being full-speed. That said, spidey's precog will give him an edge

I've said before that perceiving time as slower is not a direct equivalency to reaction speed. Speed is a very nuanced stat, including control over momentum, perception, reaction, traversal Speed, combat speed, senses, then agility and flexibility helps you weeve out of the way, timing makes you practically faster.

However we don't see Tom operate on Morbius's level of perception, like look at his fight against the drones, the bullets are moving very fast, they don't move slowly like in Morbius. And his fight against the sinister 6, these villains that don't have notable speed feats are landing hits and usually doesn't perceive them as slow. He only uncoomonly gets minor perception feats.

Morbius has antifeats too in regards to speed, against humans, I don’t think lowballing a Spidey with the enhanced that scale to him will make much difference.

@death4bunnies: his getting slammed through the ground is more impressive to me than peter being slammed through the ground he was slammed through like 20+ feet of straight concrete no breaks for floors or anything like that. Other than that yeah spider takes speed and probably strength as well and depending on his suit his durability would be hard for morbius to overcome.

Morbius can’t get past the iron spider suite but he is much faster then Spider-Man in combat that is a fact we saw goblin and the whole no way home cast react to and tag Spider-Man in combat Morbius would literally blitz the whole roster safe for electro. NB4 lightning feats show me him dodging some much slower punches and kicks then I’ll buy it precognition helps him dodge straight line projectiles,

Morbius slam >>>> peters he went through about 20 feet of concrete from atleast a 50 foot bullrush. He has better durability.

AP Spider-Man attack potency is trash Norman laughed it off I’ll never get over that and Morbius durability is certainly above Norman’s (Who’s equal was put into a coma by being closed line into some pipes) Morbius attack potency is similar to venoms he can break through walls and metal doors with slight difficulty but his nails would dice Peter up.

Overall, Morbius' incredible speed still loses out to Spidey's reaction speed and Spider-Sense. Durability is debatable. Peter definitely has the edge on experience and gear.

Spidey should take it in a good fight.

Decent fight. I need to watch Morbius again but from what I remember I can’t see Peter stomping and Morbius’s durability may be a problem for Peter. Location and time of day could also be a deciding factor here. If it’s night and the right area Morbius can call a swarm a bats and command them seemingly like Dracula Untold.

it says literally beam of light from his eye, Diana has block that multiple times add with actually feats heat vision can reach outer space in a fraction of a second. Using Characters blocking a energy projectile as "Light speed reaction" is literally the worst thing you can do lol Cap has even blocked "Light speed attacks" with that terrible scaling and logic lol.

IF these characters were really that fast how would Quicksilver they're verse speedster even be a factor lol he's mach 4 at best.
