This depends entirely on whether the Super-Duo is morals-on or morals-off.
If they're morals-on, they probably fly in, wreck a couple mutants casually, but then get dropped by Xavier's telepathy once he realizes what they're dealing with.
If they're morals-off, they speedblitz and kill everyone except Quicksilver, who is then a nonfactor who can't even affect them. Heck, Kara's crossover feat puts her above him in speed anyway.
