@frocharocha: His "rebirth" is limited, it can't go as high as it would be needed for Bambina.

There's no point in using original one punch man, it doesn't have any notable feats - redrawn versions wipe the floor with the original ones.

And the redrawn version of garou didn't do anything near city level. Bambina slaughters.

The original version of Garou is not fast enough to compete with a serious Bambina (lightspeed flash is not actually a light speedster), nor is he durable enough. Things may change in the new version ( especially regarding to speed), but for now Bambina wins.

never read the original one punch man so i can only go by the feats from the redrawn version and by those feats garou dies before he can blink or process a thought.

Even Saitama would get defeated by Bambina rather easily.
