All i remember from him that Thor was able to give him trouble. Does he have any OP feats that I am unaware of. Nix atleast has two legit universal feats.

Being a Celestial is a top tier feat in itself! IMO ;)

Most Celestial feats are more within the literature(storytelling) rather than actual combat feats.

If an Ivory King/Beyonder is tooo Vast, Large, Powerful to even fit within the Concept/Idea of Plot/Narrative.... what use would Plot manip be against Beings that are even BEYOND Beyonders?

Yes, but the Celestials are nowhere near the Ivory Kings and it has already been showed. But if we go by meta-statements, the Monitors of the Nil realm view the Multiverse as fiction. They literally had the Orrey of worlds( 52 multiverses) in a test tube for observation. And Nix is supposed to be the strongest of them. He recreated the 51 multiverse and was even giving some trouble to the Empty Hand himself, who is supposed to be 2nd only to the Presence/Great Darkness.

Monitors suck. Rox was killed by Green Lanterns. Nix has done nothing noteworthy. Celestials probably take this.

Empty Hand needed to observe the JL(or whatever team) b4 acting against them..--> kinda fishy for something that high in DC Fiction to take precautions vs a mere hero Team. IMO

This isn't the OG Mandrakk tho. It's his successor who isn't as strong. Also Nix does have a legit universal feat to his name and also managed to give the Empty Hand trouble.

Celestials take this. These two monitors are not on par with these two but they can cream No named ones

How much diff would the Celestials have?

The same Exitar that was held back by Sentry and Rogue and then killed by a fairly weak Thor?

The same Empty Hand that took a stab to the chest with a crack in the multiverse by Darkseid and was unfazed?

Exitar is the weakest person here by a good margin.

Exitar probably 1-shots the entire Monitor Race. Just like he effortlessly did to the Monitor Races closest counterpart in Marvel(IMO)..-->A Combined, Composite, Gestalt Watcher, with ALL the combined Knowledge etc of his own entire Race:
