Haki doesn't actually counter elementary intangibility, it only counters devil fruit transformations. The few times we see non-DF based (like with zues and prometheus) haki does nothing to them
@hypnos0929: haki comes from spirit, same as chakra, both can be weaponized. Rayleigh is talking about Haki in general, not specifically "COTK haki". Sprit is a general life force every living entity has, otherwise he not alive/sentient and technically dead or sum shit.

Prometheus and zeus don't have a tangible body behind it so they don't have elemental intangibility to begin with they're literally mass of fire and cloud fused with souls haki bypassing elemental intangibility won't do anything here as they have no tangible physical form to hit and do damage to

Seeing the future
Bypassing durability
Stated to have resistance to spacial attacks
Attack reflection and others i might be forgetting
^^chakra doesn't have any of these abilities to it so equalising chakra=haki or saying it is is the same as giving it abilities it does not have

Essentially everything u named is kinda irrelevant since the crux of it all is from spirit like ninjutsu-chakra. In short what your saying is haki is a weaponized willpower which comes from the spirit, exactly what chakra/ninjutsu is.

With chakra people literally walk on water, catch fire and even pull souls. I will never understand the logia wank. And like someone already post the black rods are dark release which is a counter to Kizaru light attacks.

They literally do, just because they don't have a tangible form doesn't change the fact that they're intangible elements. Haki only being able to affect the "substantial bodies" of fruit users is a limitation.

@shirso: I was just clarifying that haki doesn't actually negate elemental dispersion/intangibility just DF stuff. Not that chakra is the same.
Also like @Djoss said, ninjas can interact with water as if it were solid, punch gases like fire, interact with spirits etc. And the black rods momo uses are literally hardened will power.

The rods are the only relevant thing though.
It needs the feats though, simply being "weaponized willpower" isn't enough, as the 2 verses work very differently, I can go both ways by this logic, and claim haki can replicate, say, the paralyzing effects of those black rods, which'd obviously make zero sense.
@manimalman: I agree with Shirso, it's not because it has the same concept that will work on the same way, those are 2 different verses, but you are missing the point of that post that is the fact that the black rods are shadow style which is Kizaru counter.
And why chakra won't be relevant considering the feats that has?
Kizaru has no confirmed elemental counter even in verse yet, so it's total headcanon to assume some "Shadow style" from a completely different verse is going to counter him. Again this logic can be abused both ways, and I can say Kizaru being light is going to be an elemental counter to Shadow style.

This. Momo get killed by anyone and Time Stop (Manga) or Time Stop in void (Anime) then puts his Karma on bodies before dead since taking over person as a vessel to Rebirth/Resurrection. So they tried to kill Momo many times before puts his Karma on any person and they has no answers to Karma Aka Information Possession.
