Dr Strange Supreme wins by virtue of resisting all 6 stones actively trying to annihilate him for an extended period of time (and not just for himself, but also his team), plus effortless disposal of galaxy+ explosion. Also surviving the collapse of a universe. MoM Scarlet Witch still feels mortal enough despite her power.

I feel like, the reason why people think Scarlet Witch wins this because they don't know the difference between IG and Vultron Armor. Infinity Gauntlet is a catalyst, an object just like Stormbreaker. it's not something from science. It combines 6 stones power, and grant your wish as much as stones allow. And this power can be activated by a Snap. Snap is also not something special move like making everyone dust. It just erases everyone from existence by reality stone. Every stone helps Reality Stone on this mission. Space allows you to affect the entire universe, Soul allows you to erase these person's astral bodies, not just physical. Vultron can use snap just by thought, he doesn't even need snap. All he need to do is using Reality Stone's power to erase Strange from existence. And there is no way he didn't try that against Guardians. It's just stupid if you think this.

Ultron used 6 stones power, which is equal to Thanos' snap multiple times. He just doesn't need to use Snap. And Strange resisted that power on-screen. Which should be equal to Universal level reality warping.

Wanda is more hax, but Strange would win.
