OT: Stops at 1. MoM Carter was nothing but glorified fodder. Red Guardian was capable of smacking aside a shield thrown by MCU Taskmaster. Who could keep up with, and push Natasha. He also tanked multiple hits with the shield to the face. And looked pretty fine afterwards. This Carter has nothing on him. I'll be generous and say he takes this with low-diff. Under normal circumstances. He would negg.

Everyone else lolstomps her. Yes. That includes Sam.

Bonus: What if...? Carter stops at 4. I'd put Winter Soldier mode Bucky above Taskmaster due to him being able to overpower Tony in Civil War. And hit and stagger Iron Man later in Siberia without it. (With help from Steve, of course. But it doesn't take away that his fist managed to stagger Tony a bit.) As well as casually catching a shield thrown by Steve.

MoM Captain Carter stops at 4. Wanda kinda jobbed against her, but she was still able to contend against her for about a minute total.

What If Captain Carter clears. She's definitely the best super soldier we have seen

Carter isn’t that skilled, she stops at 2.

Definitely beats Sam, possibly Red Guardian but not sure how he was in prime, gets stomped by US Agent. He took both Bucky and Falcon at the same time and they only beat him by snapping his arm against a steel pole with their combined strength at maximum effort in addition to Falcon using his jetpack at maximum power. Fantastic durability feat.

He then took on all of the flagsmashers (supersoldiers as strong as Bucky) at the same time with a trash-can lid and a broken arm.

If this was what if I say she clears but this Version of her honestly could stop at Sam she did not really do anything impressive in that moment that none of the others could have not done out side of red guardian she do beat him imo but other than that I don’t see her having the skills to really fight Sam who trained with the shield good with it and has Vibranium wings he’ll even US Agent could stop her just on sheer strength alone

She doesn't have much screen time but her only combat showing his holding her own against a supposed high tier. She has Russo force like Steve, and a jetpack.

Captain America was on the winning end of both TWS fights against Winter Soldier, and he most likely improves in his next movies because almost everyone he fights from then on are mid tiers.

There's nothing to indicate that Cap is any better in Civil War, especially since he and Buckys performances against T'Challa match to a tee.

From an intent perspective

So basically to have your doppelganger or your this sort of antithetical Captain America character, he’s got a robot arm that’s as strong as your shield and his strength is equal to your strength. He’s fighting for principles that are opposite of your principles.”

The directors view Buckys arm and Caps shield equally. Hence why when Steve doesn't have it Buck is always winning. For the TWS fights, the highway ends more or less in a draw and the two are equal on the Helicarrier. The only reason each of them gets shots on the other (including Steve getting him in that sleeper hold) is due to one of them going for the chip. It's hardly conclusive.

they say she stops at 1.. but by the implication of their delusional wanda "photon" feat she would be relativistic in nature. if she was truly that fast, everyone in this gauntlet would be statues and this battle would be spite.
