Panther guards are well versed in the fighting skills, they are not slouches and could stand with the best fighters (not Heroes per say) in the world, they are not slouches in the fighting department.  I go with the Widow as well, much more training and experience in battle. Black Widow wins, no question.  She's a highly-trained former assassin and spy that would have no qualms in "reactivating" her killer instincts.  i  just see Mockingbird as a less-experienced fighter who would be weighed down by her goody-two-shoes self, and doesn't have much of a killer instinct at all.

Doesn't Mockingbird have superhuman physical attributes?? Like superhuman strenght and resistance??

@Veitha: I'm not sure about Mockingbird having superhuman attributes, but Black Widow has peak human attributes, better feats and a lot more experience than her opponent..

Mockingbird has been infused with a combo of Nick Fury's anti-ageing drug and Captain America's Super-Soldier serum. Shes basically Captain America-Lite now.

@Strider92: @Veitha: I see, but I still think Black Widow would win here. Besides the lack of feats for Mockingbird, this is a H2H fight, and without Mock's weapons, she would have even less feats to compare... Natasha on the other hand, has great feats for H2H, as an example of when she ended up in a tie fighting Elektra just after being severely injured:

Ugh, I love how Marvel tried to make Mockingbird relevant by giving her a watered down SSS, but still, BW has more impressive feats, she get's my vote.
