All I know about Elfen Lied was that badass scene where the nude chick slaughters her way out of a compound. It was still nothing almost every ESPer in Mob Psycho 100 could accomplish, really.
I don't know anything about Mob Psycho and I've only seen some of Elfen Lied, but I believe Lucy is planetary level in the manga.
