Technically speaking, the Doc's best feats was when he was in Limbo, a place where Time and Space literally does not exist, managed to use Quantum Superposition abilities to duplicate his own quantum, quarks and particles to duplicate himself in a place where Quantum Space Time should not exist. I don't know how the fuck does that make sense or if it is just another instance of Comic illogical non sense again.

Both combatants likely have the same amount of control over Physics and particles, reality and so on. Dr. Manhattan controls the particles directly. Mr. Mxyzptlk's Imagination is his actual power. The power of Infinite Imagination will always beat Physics.

Current Mxy was erasing the DC multiverse with his thought. He was unmaking reality. Manhattan's greatest feat of creating new 52 comes from manipulating events from Prime Earth. There os no contest.

Well if Mr Mxyz is scared of Dr Manhattan I would say Dr Manhattan not only that Dr Manhattan took out the entire JL without a sweat so I think in my opinion that Dr Manhattan would win but that's just me ??‍♂️

In light of the new Doomsday Clock 12 story, it is now clear as day that Dr. Manhattan is stronger. My justification is that Superboy Prime is from the Metaverse and has no control over it what so ever, but he can take out Mxyzptlk if he wants. Dr. Manhattan had total control over the Metaverse.

Seems clear cut to me.

Mxy without a doubt. All Manhattan has done is travel from one universe in the multiverse to another. That's his biggest feat. Moving a lantern six inches is not impressive. The meta awareness existing 'out' of time is cool but not a sign of more power.

Well as a person that has read the “early” DC rebirth stories for Flash, Batman/Detective comics, Superman/Action comics and others, I can confirm that Mxy was afraid of Manhattan.

At the end of the Darkseid Wars we see blue energy kill Owlman and Metron.

In Action Comics and Superman we see blue energy save Jor-El from Kryptons explosions.

This is important because around the same time reverse flash died because of blue energy.

Jor-El while being in the blue energy was time displaced, and sent to earth by this Miraculous blue energy.

Meanwhile Flashpoint universe was being destroyed.

Jor-el would then find Mxy after this encounter and imprison Mxy in advanced technological energy dampener.

Mxy eventually escaped and started bullying superman the same blue

Its also worth mentioning in action comics issue 976, Jor-El witnessed superman fuse with his new 52 self and defeat Mxy but then he says this.

This scan cements Manhattan as above Mxy

Jor-el would then reveal himself and say ”the threat that is coming to earth, the justice league stands no chance”, which meant the threat was worse then Mxy who he just took out.

By the end of the story Jor-el was BFR’d by blue energy.

Meanwhile in Batman or flash (it was a Collab), Jay Garrick saved Barry and Batman from falling into the timestream, after they were saved Jay Garrick was taken away by blue energy.

At the end of that Batman or Flash Chapter we see Dr. Manhattan lift the button that reverse flash picked up and was killed for.

I hate relying on other people’s opinions but there you go.

But there is your evidence, Dr. Manhattan is implied to be above Mxy in power, in terms of feats he’s only multi-universal to multiversal at best.

Not really as I explained in my post the Author wants Dr. M to be above Mxy, it’s impossible to argue since Jor-El knew of his existence and realised he was more dangerous then Mxy
