Mission: Defeat Superman...

This is something I have been thinking for about a while. Superman is just to powerful and it seems most people like to fight Superman vs a Marvel character and Supes wins. Well I want to fight Superman vs Mimic (Exiles version) and the point of this challenge it use Mimic to absorb the abilities of 5 super powers of your choice at 1/2 strength from the Marvel 616 Universe to beat Superman. Is this possible?

Mission: Mimic is alone at the Exiles base and a alert is triggered to save another universe. Superman from the DC universe has been corrupted by black kryptonite and is in bloodlust. He is going to destroy the DC universe and it is up to Mimic to save it.

* One week to prepare

* Access to only 616 universe to gather powers (you pick) before going to the DC universe

* Can absorb any powers such as mutation, science altered, natural alien powers, etc...

* Cannot absorb magic

* Cannot absorb 2 of the same powers (example: Wolverine/Sabretooth, Hulk/Rulk, etc...)

* Can only absorb 5 power from the 616 universe at half strength.

* Knowledge of Superman's Powers and Weaknesses due to the Timebroker's computer

* Will Transport to the DC Universe naked and with no weapons (will get clothing from the DC universe)

* Silver Surfer and the Beyonder are not available

* Cannot locate kryptonite

* No Morals

Can you create a power combo strong enough to beat Superman?

Duarability of Hulk, Speed of Northstar, Black Bolt's Quasi-Scream, Proffeser X's Telepathy, and Strength of Thor.

Speed/reactionary speed of Runner, Magneto's electromagnetic powers, Mr Fantastic's elasticity powers, Graviton's control of gravity, and the strength of Hercules.

Man, I gave up, all I could think was Molecule Man...but I can't get around the freakin' lightspeed of Superman.

Maybe Nova? how fast does Nova go? or Quasar?

Boom, insta-win.

Well Mimic would use Northstar's speed to evade Supes. His Hulk durability would keep him from being in any low level physical damage. Thor's stength would make him more than an equal in physical strength. Mimic uses his TP to control Supes and make him stay still. Mimic uses the Quasi Scream in Supes head. Supes head blows up. :)

Juggernaut is magic and Thor used to be, but now he is considered science. And I thought Thor can only fly because of his hammer.

@Fetts: Mimic cannot absorb magic from Juggernaut, Flash is from DC universe and Amazo is also. Plus that Amazo is a robot and Mimic cannot absorb tech.

Marvel 616 universe characters only. So you can't use Flash or Amazo.

Mimic can only absorb powers from the 616 Marvel universe. Flash and Amazo aren't allowed. Though I have to admit that could allow for a win against Superman.

Mjolnir: Thor can only fly with his hammer. He has displayed he the ability to keep his hammer at his side while hovering, meaning he doesn't always have to have mjolnir in his hand when flying.

I do not think Magneto can harm Superman at all and Hercules is not strong enough either.

Wow I like this one! The Adaption powers of Darwin could easily cause him to produce a kryptonite ability to survive.

Absorbing Man's Powers: Capable of changing into any form of energy or material he comes in contact with. At half capacity this should still be pretty effective

High Evolutionary's Intelligence: Much like Earth-X, combined with Absorbing Man's powers, he should be able to become any energy he has come into contact with. Also he'll be extremely intelligent, which is a bonus.

Makkari's Speed: Makkari is trapped in a state of permanent state of FTL speed. So half his speed should be pretty fast, and prior to him doing this to himself, he was able to function at all speeds, so my guy won't be trapped at those speeds. But still at least Flash+ level.

Carol Danver's Energy Manipulation: Can produce almost any form of energy he wants....

Galactus's Cosmic Awareness: Should be able to instantly analyze Superman's anatomical structure, including strengths and weaknesses.

Outcome: I instantly transform into something Superman can't harm, and have full knowledge of what Supes can do. Because of Carol's powers, he can produce red sun radiation or kryptonite and then instantly become a being composed of it. Thus destroying Superman in a massive stomp.

I know, I'm cheaty like that.

I don't ever remember Galactus doing it, but you could have grant Superman Cosmic Awareness beyond his ability to cope. For an instant KO.

Then use your other powers to finish.

In spite of this, I'll make a few changes. 4 of them will still be the same as before though.

Superman isn't to powerful. Galactus, Phoenix Force, RKT, any celestial being would all mop the floor with him, and any version of superman.

Compared to celestial, cosmic beings, no he's not that powerful. But amongst the average super powered comic book character, Superman is arguably the most powerful being on the DC Universe earth and could wipe the floor with most Marvel superheroes. What do celestial forces have to do with this fight anyway? Mimic can't absorb their powers.

I figured I would give my own thread a try and this is what I came up with.

Speed: Binary - She can fly faster than the speed of light and Mimic's speed will still exceed faster than half light speed.

Strength: Hulk - His strength will start off at half strength; however it is fueled by his emotion and with Mimic having no morals on his anger can still increase his strength.

Power Absorption: Michael Pointer - Mimic will have the abilities of every mutant on the planet (the collective) at half strength.

Durability: Thor -Using half the invulnerability of Thor will be enough with the power of Michael Pointer powers to withstand Superman.

Intelligence: Mr. Fantastic - Reed is considered to be one of the most smartest people is the marvel and his intelligence is considered to be his greatest ability. With half of Reed's intelligence and half the powers of all the mutants in the 616 universe, I believe he will be able to think of a way to defeat Superman.
