Basically a female Martian Manhunter versus a female Captain Marvel. Even though Mary Marvel is my favorite DC female, I'm going to say this battle could go either way. The intangibility and shape shifting ability of Miss Martian could prolong this fight until she gets in a good hit; She was able to stalemate Kara before. Mary Marvel 'current powers' should be the stronger of the two.
I haven't read much worthwhile in regards to Mary Marvel other than her as Black Mary Marvel and defeating Black Adam with little troubles. It is hard to gauge her telepathic defenses unlike SHAZAM!
For now, I'm going with Miss Martian due to her shapeshifting, density shifting/ phasing, and telepathy. This, and her strength level is a few notches below Supergirl, who she has fought against.
