Acno's Dragon form is his strongest form and Dragons have shown to be fast as hell with Dragon Continental crossing feat. It's also his go to form to travel far distances.
Who cares? She still tagged him and he was a stronger version than the one Jellal fought. Doesn't make Wendy top tier by any means.
Cobra is fodder with outdated feats. I don't see how you can place him at Jura tier when Jura oneshotted far stronger people than Cobra.

Erza had a disadvantage against Ajeel since she is pure melee based while Ajeel had massive AoE and was darn near impossible to hit in Sand World. Erza feats against Irene are also PIS and Irene was stated and shown to hold back in the fight. Still Jellal got oneshotted is the point. Doesn't matter if he turned around and did the same to him. That just means Jellal and Neinheart are on equal standing as they can both oneshot each other. Still doesn't explain how Neinheart tier isn't getting blitzed his guts out by Acno.
Yes, Acno doesn't attack with the force necessary to kill or KO against ants. He likes to play with his food before he kills them.
And that is PIS as there is no way Jellal could ever tag Acno who is actively dodging. He would have got his shield busted and his guts ripped put if he didn't have plot force protecting him. The feat is clearly severely above any of his consistent showings which makes it an outlier.
Oneshoting Neinheart is not a high tier feat. The dude while enhanced got oneshotted by Base Natsu. That means Neinhearts dura is worse than Makarov's lol.
BSS Mira > Base Natsu in power. Base Natsu failed to damage Madmole with power yet Mira could do so in BSS that makes BSS Mira beastly as well then.
The fodder were pushing back Erza easily and three of them pinned her down when Irene enchanted them.
How was Jacob damage when he had a full days of recovery and no injuries prior to the battle? Jacob already says he can full see enemies with his eyes clothes since he can see there presence. Jacob already counter that quote lol. Mira is also humble as hell.
Current Gray had a high diff with an injured BSS lmao. So how will he win against people whoaren't injured and are equal to BSS?
There is nothing to say they are weak as they had no previous record of defeat.
Bcs the author restricted her to BSS this entire arc aka PIS. Gray was fully recover by the time he fought Mira. And no, he did not use a lot of MP against the Rajinshuu as he stomped them with just his DeS stat boost.
This isn't the beginning of the series so why bring up hype from 8 or so years ago when it's not relevant currently? Jellal as of now has no hype besides a stare off. Mira made Natsu make scared as hell face and Laxus said she is not someone to piss off from that feat which makes it a great feat still lol.

Uh when does Meteor let hin dodge every attack? He still got tagged even when he used it. The crossover showed Natsu could easily keep up with meteor in Base lol. More AoE? Than a sea vape from a flex of MP? Illusions? When did he ver put anyone in an illusion? Thought projection cuts his power in half. The invisible hands aren't invisible hands are weak sauce lol. He's not telekinesis anyone who is strong. He only used it to fling fodder when he was a kid. His elemental kit was never anything to snuff at either lol.
Macro has previous feats and by statements she has all of Tartarus which means she has all their powers as that is what taking over someone means. You get all there powers along with their souls.

He was mostly dodging and blocking their attacks. After the illusion shattered he used his heavenly body magic and oneshotted them

He usually fights people who fight with the intent to kill. Hes trying to redeem himself and become someone society can respect, so obviously in a lot of fights he wont straight up go full power and try to kill people.

Wendy is not a true top tier however she held her own against 2 spriggan 12 members, including the third strongest one. She surprised irene multiple times. Wendy is far from unimpressive.

Erza is PURE melee based? I mean with her basic outfit yeah but she has a variety of armor and weapon that allows for her to attack people at mid range or even long range. (water, wind, heavens wheel armor, morning star armor, Ataraxia)

Irene did hold back, however multiple times Erza and Wendy outplayed, surprised, damaged and shocked irene. I do believe that if Irene went all out from the beginning with no morals she'd win but just because a character "holds back" doesnt mean that they are barely trying. They just arent going for the kill or using all of their energy.

Again I believe that a full power Acno would blitz and oneshot jellal. But again just because someone isnt serious doesnt mean they are literally using only 1% of their power. Jellal and Neinheart are around the same level however Jellal got oneshotted trying to save someone. He came back without healing minutes later and oneshotted neinhart.

Serious Base Natsu would oneshot Makarov.

I mean at first natsu did no damage. Then they were trading blows..and then Natsu used a more powerful technique and completely destroyed him. Mirajane said that they probably wouldnt have won if they continued fighting.

...Im not sure what you mean. Both times that jacob fought a girl showing off their body his skills and power dramatically decreased.

He fought Elfman(who was helping mira fight skullion and madmole) and Mirajane.

My point is Jellal is a known and important figure in the series. Mira is known as a sexy girl.

She is strong but serious Laxus and Natsu would beat her. Its the same shit like Natsu being scared of Erza yet hes defeating Zeref.

Until she uses them in battle, theres nothing that indicates that she masters the power or regularly incorporates it into her fighting style.
