Also, minato has sage mode, he can just summon some toads and go sage mode while guy kills them off. Guy starts in base here btw, so by default minato likely can stomp.

I don't get how this is debatable if it's taijutsu only and they're both at base.

Guy was literally stated to be the best at Taijutsu. I don't see how this is a debate.

Minato wins if he can use Sage Mode.

Whoever has superior stats wins, in base minato probably has the better stats than base gai. But until you or anyone here proves guy has better stats then all I'm seeing is wank.

He was already prepping sage mode a few seconds before that.

Guy gives Minato the clapping of his life due to these conditions.

Prove he does then. Prove base guy is fast enough for base minato.

So are we going to forget that a Teenage Obito kept up with Minato in combat? Minato's speed is only impressive in terms of reaction. His combat is something entirely different. Seeing as how FTG is completely out of the picture here, Minato is getting punched out.

Guy wins a pure taijutsu fight. He works for it.

No ones forgetting that. Only thing being forgotten is that when teenage obito kept up with minato, minato was running low on chakra. Minato even flat out stated that he was running low on chakra too.

Besides, we dont even know how strong Teenage obito really was. His only feat was against ninja fodder and his fight with low on chakra minato.
