This is an interesting matchup between two formidable opponents, but I would give the edge to Mike Tyson in his prime against Bruce Wayne. Here are the key reasons why:
•Boxing skill and experience. Mike Tyson was arguably the greatest heavyweight boxer of all time and at his peak had an undefeated record of 37 wins. Bruce Wayne is a skilled fighter due to his training, but he is not actually a professional boxer. Tyson had decades of experience, skill, and instinct in the ring that would overwhelm Wayne.
•Power and knockout ability. "Iron" Mike Tyson was known for his immense power and ability to knock out any opponent. He had knockout wins over vastly more experienced fighters. Bruce Wayne is in excellent shape, but he doesn't possess Tyson's raw power and punching force. One solid blow from Tyson could knock him out.
•Pace and pressure. Tyson was known for bringing relentless pressure, throwing punches from every angle, and wearing down opponents. He would not give Bruce Wayne any breathing room and would eventually break him down with his aggressive style. Wayne could keep up for a while but not for 12 rounds.
•Size and reach advantage. Tyson was shorter than many heavyweights but made up for it with power and speed. Bruce Wayne is likely around the same height or taller, but he would not be able to effectively use his reach against the ferocious attacks of Tyson. Tyson would get inside and overwhelm him.

While Bruce Wayne is in incredible shape and a capable fighter, I think the talent, skill, power, and brutal style of Mike Tyson at his peak would ultimately prove too much. Tyson by knockout in a competitive but one-sided matchup, in my view.
