I think the Mighty Avengers would win, which is too bad because I like the New Avengers more, the only character I really like on the Mighty Avengers is Ms Marvel, and The Sentry and Ares really annoy me. But The Sentry and Ares are also really powerful, and they also have Wonderman. There's a lot of power on that team.
Who is the heaviest hitter on the New Avengers? Wolverine? I know he's a fan favorite, but he's a scrapper. If he's the one leading the charge then you have to consider that maybe the power balance is all out of wack from the beginning.
I'm going to assume this is current lineups, because having Dr. Strange in there would change things.
Anyway, this thread is still early so I'm sure there's going to be a lot of good points that will change my mind.
