battle takes place on an indestructible planet
original round: Luo is pre ascension without his soul abilities.
round 2: Luo is end of dream battlefield with all his powers
@princex: Midora would still win. You need a post dream Battlefield version of Luo to compete with Midora's stats to begin with. Minority World would be a huge obstacle. Luo could power shift that harm it causes but there's also the chance minority World would reverse the shift and send it back at him. Add in Food Luck that Luo can't counter until he absorbs the Fate Devouring Snakes in the Upper realm and Midora has this
Round 1 - Midora wins easily as we've already discussed
Round 2 - If it wasn't speed equal, Midora would still have a large speed advantage as Luo is still only FTL at this point whereas Midora is easily MFTL. With speed equalized that's a moot point.
Luo now dwarfs Midora's attack power and durability. Luo is packing the power of over 300 stars and can attack with a literal Black Hole in his fist. That's not even using the Divine Sword which far surpasses his star power.
Food Luck becomes useless as Luo at this point has absorbed the Great Fortune and is essentially so lucky, he can't be hit except by those with similar levels of luck. The kind of luck needed is anyone's guess though. Just know that should Luo be attacked, his luck will randomly open a tear in space to swallow the attack (literally impossible scenarios happening to protect him).
Minority World is still a problem. With it, Midora can make Luo's vast health reverse and active work against him. While Luo can manipulate casualty to a point, he's not at the level yet where he can outright ignore something like Minority World. Though Luo is a battle genius and would quickly figure out that Minority World is making the reverse happen and counter accordingly.
Midora will need everything he has to take out Luo and hope that Minority World delays him long enough to chip away at his durability. Meanwhile, if Luo punches Midora once, he's paste. Granted Midora can easily regenate from that but Luo is just packing way too much fire power at this point. Add in his soul attacks which are even stronger now and Luo should take this round.
Any version of Luo past Divine Extremity is just a stomp as Luo is a solid Galaxy Buster at that point.
