If they were both in their suits with their standard gear than Batman 1 million wins handily with his hyper futuristic technology. However if you took away Batman 1 million's suit and gadgets and had both him and Midnighter fight in street clothes I would give the win to Midnighter due to his combat computer implant.

If Neither of them are allowed to BFR probably Midnighter.

@jashro44: Micheal Lane isn't a part of the Bat-family but yes he is stupidly durable.

I will be honest and say I haven't really read anything with Lane in it and wasn't sure. I mainly mentioned him encase he was. All though didn't he fight alongside the bat family?

@jashro44: The only connection that Lane has to the Bat-family is that JPV wore the suit and was once Batman other than that he doesn't really have anything to do with them. He has fought alongside them (and against them) once or twice but I wouldn't call it anything but a team up.

All I knew about Midnighter was that he plays the fight in his head about a million times before it starts and he plans what to do.

I didn't know he knew exactly what moves his opponent is about to make.

Oh, well, far be it for me to disagree with Midnighter's page. Never mind that I wrote most of the new 52 section. And in the new 52, he's predicted events unfolding with perfect accuracy, so yes, he clearly has a form of precog.

Yes, Midnighter couldn't beat the guy who vaporized Apollo and Jenny Quantum with a single touch. Clearly Batman can give him a run for his money based off that.

Nothing. Batman One Million beats Midnighter. Regular Batman would have been different, but, since we're staying on topic here, Midnighter is toast with the parameters of this here fight.

You base this on what? Yes it is likely that Batman himself would be "slaughtered" in seconds, but not the entire Bat-family, that is not a correct statement.

Explain how Midnighter could defeat: Batman, Red Robin, Red Hood, Nightwing, Batwoman, Catwoman, Bat-girl (Barbara), Cassandra Cain, Huntress, Robin (Damian)(Yes I realize he is dead currently), Batwing (Luke Fox), Stephanie Brown, Carrie Kelley (current), and Alfred all at the same time.

Individually yes Midnighter can win. There is no way he can bring down them all at the same time.

Then you have to consider if Batman Inc's members are considered part of the Bat-family.

And of course Bat-cow.

He blitzes speedsters so its safe to say they wont be able to react to midnighter. His damage soak is really impressive so even if they do hit him it likely wont stop him (he has a healing factor and the ability to shut off pain). And he is strong enough to one shot them all.

I agree that yes he can take them down one by one for sure, even in groups of two or three. But not the whole family, not all at once.

I also disagree that he is strong enough to one shot them all. He cannot one shot Bruce.
