Spider-Man seems kinda out of place. Hmm... I don't know alot about Midnighter, so I don't think I can give an accurate opinion. Has he ever fought anyone in Spider-Man's calibur?
Midnighter and Deadpool. On a one-on-one, Midnighter could take either Deathstroke or Spidey, so with Deadpool to keep the other guy busy it's gonna be a lot easier.
