This Tourney is dedicated to the Skyscraper to flat out mountain busters Tier. Too strong for street, to weak for the likes of Superman. So if you want a hand at this hard to play level, try your hand here.

Plot Devices

10 points to buy Plot Devices. In many stories of fiction dealing with this level of inconsistent power levels, plot always play a huge role. Same deal here. Each team has the chance to buy a set of plot devices that will benefit their team most. You can purchase multiple perks of the same one.

If you have any questions feel free to ask. I am also not taking any request either. If you dont like the point placement, dont play.

Perks:

2. (3) Brothers in Arms: Your team gets 3 months of boot camp style danger room training, and accept the each other regardless of morals, ideals, ect.
3. (2) Prepare Yourselves: Get 30 minuets to roam the battlefield, set traps, positions, ect.
4. (1) Enraged: One character is Morals off. Acts reckless for character. - Apply to Zeref

I don’t understand the intangible plot devices. Do they protect you from intangible characters? Or negate their intangibility altogether?

They negate the attacks and defense. Meaning they cannot use Intangibility attacks or avoid your own close combat attacks.

@tourneymaster: so does immunity intangible prevent someone from negating intangible characters on my team? This one specifically “(5) Immunity Intangible: If your team has anyone over 6 points, then you can purchase physical negation to Intangibility for one character. Does not apply to range abilities.”

@webinyoureye11: Not at all. Powers are negated and do not at all undo the negate/immunity perks, though you did remind me to add something for TP perks.

If your team is 6 point or lower characters with no one over 7 points you get the perk for whole team. If your going with super bad ass 7+ point characters you must purchase the ability for that character alone and any other you have.

Damn, Geo-Force is a 1 while MCU Thor is 2.

@major_hellstrom: Link me any feats why he is higher? From what I seen in several threads, seems pretty weak.

How is All Might/All For One a one but Aang a 4?

@tourneymaster: He has fought high tiers like Kyle and Superman. He also survived a lightning attack more powerful than Thor has ever mustered.

@major_hellstrom: town buting lightning attack, rage out on a holding back Superman, and sucker punch once a lantern also holding back. I will bump him to a 2.

Avatar states have separated islands of land across seas, shut down volcanoes erupting, one shot mesas, and can lift thousands of tons of rock easy, ect, ect. All Might at his best destroyed a city block with a punch. All he can do is punch stuff. All For One was practically a equal for all his power to a injured and weaken All Might. Thats why.

If they are under price so much, use them for a team, but I know know one will attempt to due to how weak and limited they are.

@tourneymaster: I don't think you should go around saying things like Geo Force sucker punched Kyle without actually knowing what happened. Cause Geo Force broke Kyle construct that Kyle made to wack Geo Force with, so I don't see how it's a sucker punch.

I dont really take stock into constructs broken. They are base on the willpower and a holding back Kyle is not a good example of such. All ABC logic. I rather see a "quantifiable" feat.

There are way too many tourneys....

Other than that the Valiant characters are priced way too high especially X-O who to be honest would get broken like a pretzel stick by guys priced much lower than him like All Might, Senator Armstrong, Thing , Colossus, etc not to mention people on the same price as like Injustice Supergirl. Honestly for X-O stats he should be a one. Same with Toyo who both should be at a 3. Pete should a 2.
