Mid Tier PYP

Okay, ET and I have decided to do a mid tier PYP instead of the ToP due to lack of interest. This tourney is simple: pick your characters and perks based on the points you are given. Character requests will be accepted, but only if said characters have CV Respect Threads. This is to prevent any overly hax people from entering. That said, let's get started:

Rules

• 10 character points to spend.
• 5 perk points to spend.
• No BFR.
• No time manipulation.
• No reality warping.
• Cloning is limited to 10
• Standard Gear.
• In Character.
• Team Work is none a factor, but your team will not have perfect Team Work if they never worked together either.
• DC Characters are Post Crisis and New 52 composite unless specified.
• Marvel is modern 616 unless otherwise specified.
• All movies get canon comic feats with movies unless specified.
• All Video games get canon comics, and manga feats unless specified.
• All Manga Characters are manga and anime Composite.
• All characters are in their (unamped) prime.
• Win by death, KO, incap.
• Must have Completed a CaV or Have over 500 Posts to Participate

For Magic Immunity does that apply to all magic attacks? For example if you had magic immunity then a Fairy Tail or NNT character couldn't hurt you... (except for NNT physical attacks)

Right now Namor is stronger than Thor.

WHY IN GODS NAME is Kain from legacy of Kain in the same tier as Taskmaster. Dude has dev stated invulnerability to all but soul hax, and has instant kill magic and time manipulation

@defiant_will: He's low hypersonic+ in combat/reaction speed(mach 10+), building level striking power and durability. Tho his main ability is Gae Bolg which essentially auto locks onto it's opponent, it's unavoidable regardless of how fast you are once tossed. It's a conceptual weapon that ignores durability, not stopping till it strikes the heart(Think of Law's room, except replace spacial manipulation with internal damage)

Was thinking he could be a 4 pointer, tier wise he's low mid but it's his main ability which makes up for it. His stats should be vastly lower than Laws but If it would be a 5 I would be fine with that as well.
