I mean you can't really say that Michael loses.
Whether this is an actual Marvel fight or mythology, Michael should win.
From my thought of learning Mythology and studying it since I was 5, (I'm 27 now), Michael aka Jesus was the first thing/being created and acted as God's right-hand man. Second he created thousands of angels.
Now, yes God does not seem Omnipotent, but he is. Yes it took him 7 days to make the universe while an actual omnipotent being would make it instant, but Nowhere in Norse/Greek/Egyptian Mythology does it say that the "Gods" created a universe (in our case, we could be a fucking multiverse or higher after the government found out about new planets)
Zeus needed all his brothers/sisters just to beat Titans and Kronos, and there is no proof that Zeus is omnipotent or even omniscience.
Odin is omnipotent how? Because he can use magic and such? I would laugh if you guys said magic was real, because if it was, Zeus/Odin WOULD exist.
Where in egyptian Mythology does it say Ra has sun-like/god-like powers and shaped his own universe? Or created actual life? Just because you wear a bird hat and stands at nearly 7'0 does not make you a god, in egyptian times, you were just a powerful ruler or king.
So conclusion, none of the Norse/Egyptian gods are immortal except for Zeus and his band of Greeks (some are immortal). I also saw a comment on how God just "used" a flood and started over with Noah and that is correct.
"With a wave of his hand, God created an enourmous wave that crashed upon the earth, removing just about everything in sight."
That's not a text from the bible, but he technically did that. God is letting man have their way along with Satan and why? Because he could simply blink or flick his wrist and cause everything to disappear. Technically with one wave, he killed around an estimate of 2.9 million people and even sent hundreds of demons wailing back to Satan.
Since Jesus is God's creation, his right-hand man, and his "son", of course Michael would be wayyy stronger and on a near-omnipotent level from the other angels.
Just because they don't have feats in actual religion/mythology does not make them weak or non omnipotent/omnipresent/omniscience as God is all knowing and God is everywhere. He watches you when you read, when you rape, kill, masterbate, etc.
Also while Zeus/Ra/Odin and the other gods have "some" abilities, God can and probably does have every single ability in history.
Now this is my opinion, but if this was from DC/Marvel, Michael wins as he is 50% or completely rivals LT.
While the Greek/Norse gods are on a whole shorter level than LT.
With Lucifer as his only rival and the Presence as the only person above him.
