LT wins this Michael has the ability to produce the energy needed but he cannot shape it. He needs his brother for this. LT can do it all solo. So Michael is only half as effective.

Michael's only advantage, is that his power is literally Unlimited. But being able to pour out unlimited amounts of energy simply isn't enough, when your opponent has every other advantage.

LT wins.

If you want a more even match, use Lucifer instead of Michael.

Living Tribunal takes this. He's nigh onipotent, totally onipresent and oniscient. He can do anything he wishes, that's the purpose on why TOAA created him, to protect the Omniverse. Can't see Michael winning this.

Nobody in the DCU can access Mike's power, but The Living Tribunal isn't from the DCU.

Mike and Luci, Swamp Thing, Constantine, Zatanna, Animal Man, The Endless... they were all originally published by Vertigo but they're part of the DCU. Hellblazer, The Sandman and Saga of the Swamp Thing even feature characters from the mainstream DCU, like Superman, Batman, MMH and many others.

The LT was created by TOAA to be his "second in command". He does his "dirty work". He's like Luci and Mike combined, and has powers that match both of them. Mike+Luci VS LT would be a stalemate. LT VS any of them individually is a win in LT's favor.
