@bink_69: Well her feats are from scaling and hype. Hawks told Deku he could not engage her because she is too dangerous, he said that Deku could take any villain in prison except for her, and therefore she scales above every other dangerous person in prison including Stain, Muscular, and Overhaul.
Coincidently, Bakugo's special move is called Howitzer Impact. I hope this isn't a mistranslation or mess-up. It is a bit strange that Deku would know how hard a howitzer "shot" hits, but we know he's fought, seen, and sparred with Bakugo. Just saying.

I'd buy it. Bakugo's larger explosions would actually have larger AP and DC than Howitzer shots.
@gangorca: it's pretty hard to argue that anybody short of all might is going to handle it well. Deku couldn't dodge it with danger sense and his quirk already activated, and it looks like it sent him a decent distance. Hawks and endeavor are the only ones with the proven reaction speed to even attempt to dodge it. Mirko might could, but she's never proven that she can react to something faster than deku.
Hawks should be above Mirko both stylistically and by feats imo. Not only is he faster but he also has precise long range attacks.
Her vs hawks could go either way I am thinking. She trained hawks so they there isn’t an argument to be made from an in universe perspective. I’m gonna say endeavour beats her all though it might be debatable. Endeavour seemed to struggle a bit dealing with the nail gun support item. Even though her rate of fire isn’t as quick she can still fire multiple rounds quickly, curve her bullets, and she is more accurate. Her bullets are faster than the nails as well even though the rate of fire is slower.
However I think she was a hero (or with the safety commission) when endeavour was active so I’m gonna give endeavour the benefit of the doubt and say he scales above her. I could see an argument for nagant by feats even though endeavour has more raw power. I’m mostly assuming endeavour is skilled and fast enough to evade her and would tag her first with an AOE attack.
She has no chance against all might. My opinion could change next chapter but that’s my view for now on her.
@belando: I think the howitzer thing is just a way of using the characters to communicate a point. Basically I think horikoshi is using deku as a mouth piece to convey a point.
@jashro44: Very possible. Just found the choice of comparison interesting. Since we've only heard howitzer used when referring to Bakugo's special move. But at the same time, as everyone agrees with, it's more suiting to compare a projectile to another projectile.
I know Hawks was scared of her but considering how fast he is he should be able to dodge her bullets and blitz her from close range. Also Mirko and Hawks should change places. The first three fights are stomps btw.
