im thinking mewtwo. he seems to be faster, plus with his awakened form i think he is probably stronger as well

Mewtwo because he was in SSBM which is better than SSBB...

Mewtwo pretty handily. Resistant to fightining types already due to his typing and a much better stat spread being a legendary. Anime versions as well, Mewtwo was stout. Nothing shown in the movie pierced his barrier.
