• No prep
• Win by any means
• No flight for the Z-fighters just like the ToP
• Merus is fully healed and rested between fights
• For the sake of fairness manga feats only-you can use feats from the DB, DBZ, and DBS manga though
• They fight under ToP rules except Merus gets to use his weapons from the galactic patrol
• Everyone knows Merus defeated Goku and Vegeta before, and Merus has heard of the Z-fighters

How far does Merus make it?

He can make it to Gohan with his gear.

i really don't see him beating Piccolo but its a hard stop at Gohan

@warlockmage: @gaoron:Forgot to specify no flight like in the ToP. Not sure if that makes a difference.

@jashro44: It doesn't. Merus lacks damage output to take out someone on Mystic Gohan level. He can try to use that net he used on Moro (if he has it here) to restrain Gohan for couple moments but that's about it.

@gaoron: Yea he has the net.

Did Merus do anything other than dodge Moro's attacks and put him in a net? Memory is fuzzy.

I want to give him the benefit of the doubt since he seems extremely competent and fast. I expect him to be above Piccolo at least.

@jashro44: yeah it doesn't make much of a difference, i still don't see him winning a majority over Piccolo due to the way Piccolo fights but im also not 100% in a position to argue that yet... but it's still a hard stop once Gohan goes Mystic

He was fast enough to catch base Goku by surprise and blitz base vegeta. His stun blaster can also one shot both Goku and Vegeta in their base forms.

Also has moved faster than Vegeta can see when he was disabling the train with Goku saying "he's already over there".

Meerus also tampered with the criminals ships at speeds base vegeta could not perceive. He also has jet boots which give him a flight advantage under these rules.

He also shot a bullet out of the air that Mr.Satan shot at him if that is worth anything. Not impressive by DB standards but figured I would include it.

He doesn't seem to be powerful or strong but he seems really fast and his weapons seem pretty potent.
