Mard Geer took blows from Natsu and shrugged them off, Meruem can't drop him.

Mard was pretty much no-selling everything Natsu, Rogue, and Sting could do at a time when they were at least city-block level. As well as being almost FTE to all three of them at once. Meruem would have trouble taking him out in pure H2H, and he always has his curses and transformation.

If Celestial Spirit King can't hurt Mard Geer then this guy with a turtle shell on his head has no chance.

Mard Geer wins handily because of his scaling to Natsu.
