Harry. Merlin's spells don't seem to kill, they just seem to send you flying back whereas Harry can just yell Avada Kedavra.

harry, i never liked merlin's magic but he has an active power to slow time down? doesn't he? i'm confused

I think Merlin wins. He was supposed to be Emrys the master of magic at the end.

@js_the_beast: Even if he tried to I think Merlin might be able to quickly anticipate it and move away before Harry has the chance of doing the spell. Can Merlin turn invisible?

It would depend on if Harry decides to use Avada Kedavra, since it's morals off I think he would.

@arranvid: not sure. I don't remember him turning invisible. But Merlin doesn't need a wand. If he can take that out of Harrys hand. It should be pretty simple after that.
