Given the lack of feats for teen Geto the only way to judge him are with statements, thus, since he is compared to pre awaken Gojo (might not be as strong but somewhat relative), he should stomp Megumi

Probably Geto, he was considered comparable to teen Gojo at the time, back when Limitless was taxing for him and he did not have a one-shot kill move like purple. Given that, it's even possible that at the time Geto may have been able to wear down Gojo or outhax him with some combo of curses. Geto and Gojo were pretty much the two definitive monsters of the new generation, while with Megumi is not as clear-cut with people like Hakari, Yuta, Yuji, Todo, or Naoya.

Adult geto had enough curses to basically fight Jujutsu society on his own. It's impossible to say how many of these curses young Geto had, likely only a fraction, but even a 100 curses together with Geto himself might well be too much for Megumi.
