This is a huge mismatch, IM can almost solo while Strange shields the rest. Drax will likely charge past said shield, but he'll survive anything the six toss at them.
The primary problems for the six are:
Strange is going to shield the group from the (mostly) unknown threats to buy time to strategize, as is his nature. His first move is always defensive unless he has a plan.
Mysterio is using Stark tech that Stark almost assuredly has a backdoor to assume control of. If no backdoor then Stark can certainly detect his own tech in use and the drones aren't tough enough to handle his micro-missiles. If Stark can't take him Spidey can as he did in FFH.
Doc Ock was enhanced enough to take blows from Tobey-man and his arms should be able to stop repulsors etc, but his body is still likely vulnerable to all sorts of energy attacks which the good guys have plenty of. Holland-man can nail him with autofire taser web if needed to at least disrupt his bond to the arms.
GG has a lot of versatility, especially for a team fight. In fact he's probably the most dangerous person to ignore. He will definitely cause some trouble by flanking Strnage's shield. Unfortunately Star Lord is likely able to pick him off or hassle him enough to deter the attack. If he closes SPidey can mitigate him with webs or Strange can bind him.
Vulture just wants his family taken care of (if this were with prep Stark could just offer him a settlement for having his work yanked out from under him and would probably offer him a job). Serious and determined or not, Vulture knows he's barely able to handle Spidey, much less all these other yahoos. When he sees how quickly his comrades are taken out, he will BFR himself. If not, notice how the circumstance of Homecoming kept Spidey from deploying taser web against Vulture's very vulnerable self. tasing him in the air would have killed him, after the crash it would have blown his wings. If Spidey isn't trying to save him and others can catch him, Vulture's getting tased.
Sandman is easily glassed by IM (pumpkin bombs did serious damage to his enlarged form) or his inner turmoil will draw Mantis' attention and she will subdue him mentally. Star Lord's blaster can also likely inflict major damage. Sandman would need time to absorb Titan's sand if he wants to go big and that makes him vulnerable (assuming Titan has sand he can use here).
Electro is the big gun, but outmatched against the defensive power and versatility of IM and Strange. Drax is insanely durable and can survive the hit, but also offers so little offensive utility for Team 2 that taking a hit to buy time is his most useful function. His best option is the one he probably won't think of in time, to try and draw power from IM.
