Barakapool is also faster than Thor and Carol here.

Magneto can literally just swing around Stormbreaker but he could also get one shotted easily.

And I’m pretty sure magneto wouldn’t be able to use his magnetic power on stormbreaker. So in my theory team 1 wins.

Buttttttt, if quicksilver doesn’t get tired, and magneto can control stormbreaker then team 2 could put up a much better fight.

QS isn't strong enough to move Stormbreaker, so that's off the table. He'll probably just break his hands trying to punch Thor or Superman. In fact, Thor's lightning cloak will fry QS the second the tries to lay a hand on Thor.

Both Thor and Superman could beat Magneto pretty easily. All Superman would have to do is create a vacuum with his super-breath and rip the air out of Mags' lungs. Thor could use his lightning to superheat the air and choke him out inside his shield since he still needs to breath.
