MCU Worthy Cap vs. MCU Thena

1: Either say Chris Evans and Angelina Jolie (both stars in their own right) or say Captain America and Thena (both warriors in their own right). What u have comes across as dismissive

2: I’d say Thena. She showed great stats in the film, both durability and striking. Her weapons can also cut cap so I see her superior speed to be a deciding factor here.

Cap beat Thanos for 30 seconds, impressive feat. with Mjolnir's lightning, he can hurt her from distance.

Gilgamesh was blocking and avoiding all of Thena's attacks. Cap with Mjolnir and a shield should be able to easily defend against Thena's attacks. Cap has better speed and skill showings than Gil and can also one-shot Thena with a clean hammer strike to the head. Having centuries of experience and a long blade didn't stop Thanos from getting hit repeatedly. Thena's not pushing Cap down when he blocks either since Cap was standing after a downward strike from Thanos's sword. Lightning forces Thena to block or get seriously hurt, and she must also watch out for lightning from above. Cap's Mjolnir throw and shield throw combo stunned Thanos and caused him to drop his sword. It could possibly ko Thena or at least launch her. Thanos was cut by the edge of the shield so Cap probably can deal serious damage by hitting his shield with the hammer so that the edge strikes his opponent. Cap has a lot of options here both offensively and defensively.

Cap wins comfortably with Mjolnir. People choosing Thena are forgetting how much Mjolnir upgrades Cap's power and options. Normally unwinnable fights become winnable for Cap.

Even if not worthy, her projections don't carry alot of mass and he could probably put up a fight.

@krisbishop: Thena has thousands of years of training and combat experience. The speed and fluidity with which she can manifest and change the shape of her weapon constructs in battle makes her more skilled than Cap imo.

I would lean Thena. Not sure how people are assuming cap got anything other than mjolnir capabilities when worthy. He didn’t display the “armor” which is usually the dead giveaway that someone now has the powers of Thor.
