I'm honestly kind of thinking Fisk now. Nuke isn't really quantifiably better. Fisk now has thrown someone clean through a wall same as Nuke, and the feat of punching a dent in bricks is extremely impressive. Simpson was only better than an injured Jessica so the scaling is not exact either. Fisk could probably perform just as well against Jessica under the conditions from her fight with Simpson.

Simpson does have the combat skill advantage though.

Fisk breaking a hole on the brick wall is good, but it becomes less impressive when you consider that he hurt himself.

I don't believe for a second any legitimate superhuman would lose to Fisk, esspecially not one with decent fighting ability.
