Really interesting fight with advantages and disadvantages on both sides, but I'll have to give it to White Vision.

Diana stomps easily. She blitzes and one shots

White vision. He has some pretty solid speed feats now and WW has no counter for phasing.

Vision stomps. Stronger, faster, more durable, can fly, has energy blasts and phasing.

White Vision wins, phasing and density manip, and extremely fast beam, plus his pretty decent reaction/combat speed give him the edge.

I actually do believe that Diana has the weapon and the skill to cut White Vision to pieces, but his skill with phasing and lack of emotion makes me lean towards him utilizing his phasing to not even be touched and damaging her insides. He has no qualms about ending his target.

Considering this version of Vision was way more likely to use his intangibility/phasing she doesn't have a lot of options. I can maybe see her landing a few hits if she can absorb his beam with her bracers, but he can just go intangible and be immune to its effects. As soon as she tries to stab or slash him he's going to just go intangible and phase her or beat her down with his fists. Diana's powerset isn't built for someone who can just avoid her made weapons, hell the lasso might not even work as he can probably just go intangible and make it useless
