Both are as-pictured. Fight starts with them 25m apart. Both are blood-lusted and morals off. Fight takes place in NYC.

Thor destroys Vision and go about his day

Electric currents should still counter this Vision's phasing.

If if Vision can phase him without getting electrocuted he wins

So this is just vision from AoU- IW but a less a powerful beam

Thor should be able to keep him still with lightning long enough to cut his head off.

Thor can simply fry him with a massive lightning blast, or cut him to pieces with Stormbreaker. There's no real counter to that.

Don't see why Vision won't just phase himself and rip Thor's heart out. The Vision fight scene basically makes him nigh unbeatable in CQC considering both Vision's are very willingly to phase as a means to try and win. Imagine Vision phasing himself, putting his hand through Thor's neck and then unphase? Lol Thor is done for

All comes down to knowledge imo, does White Vision know that Thor has lightning? If so, he can phase blitz. Otherwise, he probably gets paralyzed by lightning long enough to lose.

Phasing is a good counter to getting cut to pieces.

The Vision

If the lightning prevents Vision from phasing (seem to remember Hawkeye doing something like that with trick arrows?), Thor shouldn’t have too much of a problem. If not, then Vision could win.

Thor wins pretty soundly. Vision is shown to be vulnerable against electricity so Thor’s massive lightning blasts will mess him up. And Stormbreaker will cleave through him (same material but said to be more powerful than Thanos sword, which can cut solid Vibranium, Vision is just Vibranium bonded tissue and would be less strong than solid Vibranium)
