Well I don't know that because she can bullet time and simply dodge all his bullets and blitz him. Once she's in CQC there's nothing to suggest she wouldn't be able to simply rip his armor with brute strength.
Why are people acting like WW will just stand on the spot and let WM shoot her? Diana is a casual bullet timer. She can tear Rhodey apart before he can do much (assuming they both start on the ground). Their starting distance also matters here.
That's a nice lowballing GIF, since she was caught completely unaware. Unless this battle is stipulated that WM gets a surprise attack on her, this GIF doesn't help the "Rhodey shoots her in the face" argument at all.
