Yes, he absolutely can. This is a guy who cover miles in seconds. Do you seriously believe that he can't blitz Wanda from mere 15 meters away.

Couple that with Wanda's non-existent reaction feats, she gets blitzed plain and simple.

Clark resisted and overpowered the force of the World Engine, something that levelled buildings. Clark has too much strength to be overpowered by Wanda.

Since this is in character, this fight could go either way. Either Clark simply tries to talk to her and Wanda mind****s him or Superman blitzes her and casually knocks her out. Would like to get some other perspectives on this.

Superman more often than not but not easily, Wanda has caught an explosion with her powers and she could potentially restrain him long enough with TK to TP him. But he will muscle through her telekinesis and take her out more often than not.

the terrorist guy holding his girl hostage? i dont remember the movie vary well, but i can see why he blitzed that guy. im not saying characters can't blitz. just that they rarely do to fodder, and almost never to other hero characters

Going in character, Clark subdues Wanda after the first attack. Those who compare this to his battle with Batman forget that he already knew Lex had set it up, and was desperate to save his mother. This is a woman he does not know with telekinetic abilities. He would attempt to reason with her, but the moment she attacks, Clark will subdue her for the safety of anyone around them.
