Well, Ego in his planet form is obviously stronger but in his humanoid form he is probably weaker than Vision especially since Vision can alter his density to make himself stronger and more durable.
In the MCU they are supposed to be Gods with a small g, as explained by Ego. He can even give people cancer and stuff. Vision is a mixture of organic tissue and inorganic tissue. Ego should be able to destroy him with his energy tendril things.
My first thought was Ego hella stomps then I thought weeeeeeellllll............. maybe a full power shot from the infinity stone maaaaybe......... but then I remembered that ego can and has regenerated himself with ease Soo yeah a spite stomp for Ego.
