If Valkyrie sword is capable cutting through panther's suit she wins if not Panther in a good fight

Asgardian weapons pierced Thor, and Valkyrie took Loki down with her fists. BP's durability is nowhere near significant enough to matter here.

The stat gap should be wide enough for Valkyrie to take this, given her own skill in melee.

Valkyrie was able to jump like 20 ft into the air and cut through ships with her sword.

Her sword cleaved through a Leviathan, she can casually toss guys like 40 feet in the air, and knock the Hulk down.

Its hard to judge Valk. She did nothing impressive the entire movie but somehow managed to defeat Loki. If she really has striking to knock Loki out, then T'Challa's suit gets overloaded and she wins. Otherwise, her swords aren't doing jack shit to his suit considering he took a hit from Thanos' sword and wasn't cleaved in half. He'd eventually wear her down with energy punches.

T'Challa would beat Thor without lightning powers, don't see any reason why he can't beat Valkyrie

@kolkent: You think BP can hit a vital organ with his claws before she can hit any part of his body with anything? The skill gap has to be very large for him to do so.

Valkyrie is too strong for him. Especially if she has the dragonfang sword, she wins.

Compre Cap's performance against Thanos with Thor level stats and Prime Thor's performance against Thanos with Thor level stats. The gap is pretty big - I think a scratch across the face is enough to slow him down, really dont see Thor's endurance against bladed weaponry as impressive

@kolkent: I actually haven't thought of this comparison. It did seem like Cap got an advantage right off the bat and maintained it by constantly attacking, which explains why Thanos suddenly wrecked him after regaining his footing, but Cap definitely did better than Thor. There is the possibility that Fat Thor was slower, however. While his strength and durability had little reason to change, speed and agility should be affected by physique.

Valkyrie is Thor level without the lightning. She beat Loki. She trains Hulk. Korg said those Asgardians are hard to parish.

Let's not exaggerate, yes she has immense super strength, but Thor is on a different level, it's obvious even when you look at these two;

I love that movie.

I think you're right, but I do think she was intended to match him on a physical level.

@rbt: She jumped from ship to ship and brought one down just with her sword. Tanked one exploding with her on it, casually tossed a guy one handed dozens of feet through the air and took on Hela about as well as anyone managed to in the movie... that puts her above most of the Avengers including Panther.

Valkyrie is absolutely not Thor level. That said she should have no trouble with BP at all.
