I mean.. Since the universes are fused, Ultron would just eventually access Kryptonite or exploit Supes weaknesses.

Ultron himself in any form would just get blitzed and torn apart, so its not that type of battle.

Superman wins by KO when he destroys Ultron’s body. Ultron could win if it gets kryptonite.

Ultron can access kryptonite, nukes, and make himself many strong bodies.

Maybe make a body-powered by an infinity stone, or try and make vision again,

But Superman is not dumb, he could make a suit that protects against kryptonite, or mother box tech.

Ultron seems better at prep though. He only lost bc Vision could counter hack.

I think it's safe to assume that with 2 weeks prep Ultron would be able to get Kryptonite, just like he got Vibranium. So with that in mind, this fight favors him more.

I still see Superman been able to win the war, due to him heaving faced Kryptonite before and survining. But as for this battle, Ultron probably wins.

Yeah, Ultron can. But I don't see that as an assured method of winning. If nuke is coming Superman can fly away of it's range of action, or push it in a different direction (into space or what have you). Plus he can regen if he is hit.

Supes can’t take ultron out the internet so it’s a stalemate.

Ultron is a team level threat but Superman should be too and he is supposed to take down Brainiac in the future so he could find a way to win by himself.

If Superman has his ship he can find a way to get rid of him.

Superman gets nuked, or obliterated by Ultron's newest Kryptonite-Vibranium body.

If Ultron has access to Kryptonite then he wins

Knowing Ultron, he'd probably forge himself a body made entirely of kryptonite and kill Superman. The guy's got connections. He got hooked up with vibranium. He can find a way to get kryptonite.

This is the thing, Kryptonite gives Ultron the upper hand on a first encounter, which is what this fight is.

I trust that after the first defeat, Superman would retreat and find a way to cut Ultron out of the web and then punch him into orbit.

But since that would imply Supes to get prep time and according to OP only Ultron has it, I think the robot gets a slight majority.

Probably Ultron, 2 weeks of prep is quite a bite, I definitely see vibranium infused kryptonite being a thing.

This is difficult for Clark.

His HV is not hot enough to melt Ultron and Ultron will defo rock up with some crazy Kryptonite based weapons.

I guess he can freeze breath Ultron and chuck him into the Sun?

Unless Clark fights smart from the get go, he'll probably lose.

He only wins because of kryptonite if that, Supes is just a bad opponent for him in general.
