Kryptonians are insanely fast which normally gives them the advantage in most battles against other powerful beings and they're roughly just above thor/hulk level strength and just under them in durability.
Normal Cap would be a no factor in this fight, helping the other two with his shield, deflecting/reflecting energy blasts but he wont be able to hurt them and would likely be blitzed and K.O'd/killed very quickly. But he is worthy and posesses mjolnir here, which means he has enhanced physicals and can also spam lightning. I feel he would put up a fight against one for a very brief period of time but gets overwhelmed and eventually taken out unless Thor throws his axe into their back while Caps distracting one or Cap uses an AOE lightning attack to temporarily daze one enough for thor to fly up with his axe.
Tony may not be able to damage them enough to mean much, maybe he tries the energy beams or the attack where he pinned down a limb and hit Thanos so hard it drew blood but It may not be enough. Once pinned he could instead have thor take their head off. Its likely Tony goes down after a few good hits.
I think they can be tagged by thor if he blitzes like he does to Malakith in Dark World and gets a good stormbreaker swing in, maybe takes one of them down (I've seen them get hit by several slower attacks from the movie). His lightning cloak destroys fodder but I have a feeling the kryptonians can tank it. Most rounds he gets beaten into a K.O or dies.
This would be one hell of a fight.

R2. If their speed is equal Thor would be the winning factor, he'd focus on Zod, killing him quickly with Stormbreaker, then proceed chopping the other two down while Cap and Tony distract them with mjolnir, lightning and missiles. MCU trio taking it with low-mid level difficulty.
