I think some people might be underselling Red Guardian when it comes to lifting. He had that pretty great feat near the beginning of BW where he hoisted that heavy... thing (sorry, I'm not sure exactly what it is) during the plane escape. Granted that was a lot earlier in his life and presumably his prime, but it's still a decent feat.
