I think the better title would have been MCU Avengers vs DCAU Darkseid.

Considering Darkseid could handle attacks from Superman at his strongest and his eye-blasts can actually follow a target, I don't see Thor coming out on top. There is a reason it usually takes everything Superman has to beat Darkseid and a reason the Justice League works together to fight him, he's tough.
