May stalemate at round 5 due to Peter's speed. But I don't think even 616 Spidey could put down MCU Thor.

Clears, look at the hits he takes from Hulk in the arena and laughs it off (pre-lightning). Any SM would be mush after even a glancing blow and Thor's punches even pre-lightning when he wasn't trying were incredibly powerful. Any form of SM would just be a slight annoyance, too big a power discrepancy here.

Assuming he can overcome 616 Spider-Man's massive speed advantage, he clears.

MCU Thor clears with minor difficulty due to 616 Peter's speed.

Thor clears, the hits he was taking from Kurse, hulk in Ragnarok, and being at the center of sokovia you'd need a lot of power to put him down. Parker doesn't have that.
