@xzone: Zod no sold reentry therefore he can eat Thor’s punches all day. Thor would need time and space to actually use Stormbreaker, he won’t have that luxury against three opponents who outclass him in speed. I can only make assumptions with their energy durability so I can’t even discuss that.
This should be locked. Thor could take on them 1v1 but he ain't taking on all of them, simultaneously. He'll be beaten to a bloody pulp.
They have no counter to his lightning cloak and their heat vision is useless here
Gets blized as usual.
the first person who attempts a blitz gets a faceful of sparks.
The real fight is Zod vs Thor, I think Thor would beat him in a good fight.
Sure, they can dodge his throws, but I dunno about lightning. I agree about Zod vs Thor, but by CV's broken feat burdens either Thor gets a blitz-spam or disintegrates all of them (got the latter from X).
Can Nam-Ek even react to supersonic objects? Mjolnir's self-propulsion is pretty damn fast, and its best feat was in TDW, and Thor wasn't even in the solar system, let alone Earth, to direct it.
I think Mjolnir's value is being undersold by a few people here; it's basically it's own weapon since Thor is occupied with Stormbreaker. There is also that annoying worthiness enchantment.
Zod has something directly in front of him taking a majority of the heat and the force. Fairly simple deduction.
@ready_4_madness: YEA bro now reentry becomes unimpressive because you had a d00d in front of you.
Where is the re-entry impact that >>>>>>>> Thor's strikes? Because IIRC, it crashed through a window and broke a stone structure. Or could it be that the Kryptonians slowed down, since there was no burn-up before the neck snap scene?
Where is the re-entry force? If anything, that belongs to Clark, because Zod was pushing him for the majority of the descension, since all Zod was doing was propelling Clark and the object behind him through the atmosphere. That's a strength feat, not a durability.
@rajjar: Yeah they slowed down because they hit some buildings when coming down.
But they still hit the buildings at reentry speeds.
You're basically saying that just because Superman was in front of Zod falling at that speed doesn't cause damage. That's not how it'd work. There is still a massive loss of momentum and it'd pretty much still be the same amount of force. Using Superman like a cushion is like using a steel beam as a cushion. It'd do nothing.
