DUDE. SB doesn't matter ! He was several times incapitated by planet lvl Magneto and still was resisting Phoenix Force. Apocalypse has extremely high stamina.
Thanos didn't use all energy from the ig on the attack, dare I say it, nowhere near it. We could see that later when Thanos snapped his fingers, he used a lot more energy from the gauntlet( not all, because all would mean to destroy the whole universe or universes, for the sake of argument), and as he did that, you can see that the Gauntlet is all damaged due to the infinity stones powers. Therefore, Thanos couldn't go all out, at least not there, because his Gauntlet would be destroyed by doing so. Apocalypse can definitely win here, unless he lets his guard down.

If he gets incapitaed it means nothing to Nur because Magneto did this to him and still could create bubble to escape Jean Grey strike.
Apocalypse was hurt by punches from frigging Quicksilver. Meanwhile, Thor one-shotted an entire city (before discovering his true power) and threw the Stormbreaker through an energy beam from the Infinity Gauntlet.
Apocalypse wins. It took him fractions of a second in real time to react to quicksilver. People tend to forget that quicksilver made 1 flap of a bee wing stretch out over 7 seconds. So it essentially took him 1 bee flap for him to react to that speed.
I really only know the comic book version but early '90s Fox Apocalypse was pretty amazing. Thor will definitely win this tho. En Sabah-Nur practically thinks himself a god, but in daring to challenge the Scion of Asgard he'd find out what the power of such a being is really like.
Apoc for the win. Stormbreaker physically won't do anything that Apoc can't heal from and his shields should be able to withstand Thor's energy output. If Apoc replaced Thanos in that last scene, he would simply pull the axe out and keep fighting... If it could even penetrate his shields...
Thor should not even be a question. Apocalypse won't be able to counter Storm breaker, and Thor's far too durable to fall
If axe will go through Apocalypse chest it will be nothing to him. His pain tollerance is absurdly great ( or he is simply like CW Derek Samphson, feels no pain )

And Nur will be waiting like stupid to be Thor's hitting bag ( like Steppenwolf to Superman ) ? Nur simply sinks him in the ground
First of all, Thor is not fast enough. Apocalypse took quicksilver down, and in terms of versatility and toughness Thor also falls behind. En Sabah Nur Wins this in a moderately close fight.
