If Thor uses his in universe logic from his lesson from Thanos and goes from Hela's head the Thors probably win
OP states Thor has Zeus' lightning and not stormbreaker. He's going to struggle to get a clean decapitation here, which is what is needed.
Jane's Mjolnir AoE attack could probably do some pretty nasty damage but Hela's regen ability is off the charts. If you don't one shot her you aren't going to kill her.
Its a brutal fight but Hela will kill the less experienced Jane first, then finish off Thor.
If you gave Thor Stormbreaker they'd have a better chance but I still give it to Hela for the majority.
Basically the thor + valkyrie fight but now thor has stormbreaker and jane nevertheless hela tanks lightning from both and they get fodderized by necrosword spam

Hela slaps Jane and then impales Thor multiple times. The issue was never not going for the head, he tries repeatedly in that fight. He couldn't tag her and when he (rarely) did it was in a way he couldn't capitalize on.
I’m not seeing what’s stoping Hela from just shattering Stormbreaker. She’s still physically beyond either here and Janes lightning won’t do anything to Hela. So yeah I’m tempted to call Jane a non factor here, Hela will just shatter Mjolnir again. Thor either Decapitates her or loses again
Wasn't Awakened Thor already able to hold his own against Hela without Stormbreaker? I don't see why he wouldn't do even better here when he's got both a powerful weapon and an ally. As for Hela shattering Stormbreaker, that's only if Jane throws it and Hela catches it. Given how that worked the last time, I figure Thor will probably advise Jane not to do that.
@laiks stake: to be fair every single thor fan on the site ignored the endgame prime statement. however i believe everyone should take directors word/intent as fact unless it’s canonically contradicted.
@emmafrostxmen: I beg to differ on that. Loved Gorr and he stood toe to toe with Thor slowly getting an edge. Hela However Wrecked Thor while playing around with him And is stronger I believe shed beat Gorr. she also easily wrecked Val and Thor together Raiser then Gorr when he Fought Jane and Thor
the thor hela fought is massively below the one you’re scaling her to. hela would still beat l&t thor but either way it would be closer now. abc logic doesn’t work here because characters grow in strength nearly every appearance.
Hela would still win Stormbreaker would get shattered like Mjnoir did and Jane gets impaled Valkyrie is a much better fighter than Jane and her a Thor was no match so Jane isn’t going to change much
